SIZE INFO + HOW TO MEASURE

Each waistbead strand is available in a 45-inch General size or an Extended size (if more than 45 inches is required.)

Our standard 45-inch strands can be self-adjusted to fit from XXS (pant size 00) up to XL (pant size 18). Choose an extended size if you need a size bigger than XL and enter your required length in inches in the required text field.

If necessary, the best way to determine your size is to use a soft measuring tape to measure your waist area in inches.

HOW TO TIE

Find Your Placement:
-Wrap the beads around your waist at your desired position (e.g., hips, navel, or natural waistline).
-Adjust them tosit comfortably without being too tight or too loose.

Secure the Beads:
-Hold the beads firmly in place where they fit perfectly on your waist.
-Ensure the beads are evenly spaced, and the strand is not twisted.

Tie the Knots:
-Pull the strand snugly and tie a double knot.
-For added security, tie two more knots to create a total of 3-4 tight knots.

Trim the Excess String:
-Using scissors, carefully cut off the extra string, leaving about 3-4 millimeters from the final knot to prevent unraveling.
